The 1704 ANSI Carbon Steel Gate Valve is an industrial isolation valve for ANSI-pattern process piping. Its carbon-steel, bolted-bonnet form supports conventional gate-valve service, while final size, pressure class, trim, end connection, and media compatibility should be confirmed from the approved product documentation.

The 1704 ANSI Carbon Steel Gate Valve is an ANSI-pattern, carbon-steel gate valve for process-piping isolation. Its bolted-bonnet configuration and outside-screw, rising-stem form distinguish it from compact non-rising-stem water-service gate valves. Use it for on/off duty after verifying the selected construction against the application requirements.
