From design data to pressure-tested valves.
zpvevlave uses CAD design systems, material-analysis equipment, CNC machine tools, plasma spray-welding and dedicated pressure-testing equipment to manufacture and verify industrial valves against confirmed product and project requirements.
CAD Valve Design
zpvevlave develops valve structures and component drawings with CAD design systems, covering body dimensions, end connections, sealing geometry and actuation interfaces. The completed drawings define the machining dimensions, component relationships and inspection points used during production and assembly.
Material Identification and Mechanical Testing
zpvevlave verifies materials with direct-reading spectrometry, chemical composition analysis, mechanical-property testing and hardness testing equipment. These inspections confirm the alloy grade, strength and hardness of valve bodies and other pressure-containing components before they enter production.
CNC Machining
zpvevlave operates CNC lathes, vertical lathes and boring machines to process valve bodies, bonnets and other precision components. The equipment controls critical dimensions, connection surfaces and sealing areas, providing the component accuracy required for assembly fit, operating movement and sealing performance.
Plasma Spray-Welding
zpvevlave operates plasma spray-welding equipment to build up valve seats and closure components that use hard-faced sealing surfaces. The deposited layer is finished to the required sealing geometry, producing the specified hardness, wear resistance and contact surface for repeated valve operation.
Non-Destructive and Ultrasonic Inspection
zpvevlave examines pressure-containing components with non-destructive testing equipment and ultrasonic thickness gauges. The inspection identifies relevant material discontinuities and verifies wall thickness against the component drawing and specified acceptance requirements.
Shell and Seat Pressure Testing
zpvevlave uses dedicated pressure-testing equipment to perform shell and seat tests on assembled valves. The shell test verifies the pressure boundary, while the seat test checks closure leakage against the test pressure, holding time and acceptance criteria specified for the selected valve.
