Valve Customization, OEM And After-Sales Services
We do more than build the valve. Our engineers select the type for your line, adjust it to your specification and test it before shipment. Parts stay available years after delivery.

Send us the medium, flow rate, pressure and pipe size. Our engineers select the valve type and send you a datasheet, a dimensional drawing and a quotation.
We quote standard items within 24 hours and non-standard items within three working days.

We build the body material, end connection, face-to-face dimension, coating and operation type to your project specification. We send you the drawings for approval before production starts.
Custom valves ship about eight weeks after you approve the drawings.

We pressure test the valves before they leave the factory and issue a test report with every shipment. Your inspector or a third-party agency is welcome to witness the test at our factory.
Material certificates are supplied to EN 10204 3.1.

Send us the valve model and serial number and we ship seats, seals, stems and actuator parts. We keep supplying parts for valves that have been in service for years.
Parts stay available for at least ten years after purchase.

The engineer who handled your order also answers your installation and fault questions. You deal with one person who already knows the specification you bought.
Warranty is 18 months from delivery or 12 months from installation.

We put your brand on the nameplate, the body casting, the coating colour and the packaging. Send us your logo files and brand specification and we produce under your label.
We send a labelled sample for your approval before the batch runs.

Valves Cast, Machined, Assembled and Tested In Our Own Factory

In-house valve manufacturing
We cast, machine, assemble and test valves on our own lines. Our ISO 9001 certificate covers manufacturing, so you are buying from the factory that builds the valve.

Valve engineering and design
Our engineering team works from your drawings or specification sheets to develop non-standard valves and adapt existing designs to the project.

Production process control
Each order moves through casting, machining, assembly, testing and coating under one roof, so the delivery schedule does not depend on outside workshops.

Quality inspection and testing
We inspect raw material, machined parts and finished valves. Pressure testing is carried out before the valve is coated and again before it is packed.

Standards and certification
Valves are built to EN, ISO, API and AWWA standards, and every batch is traceable to its heat number through the material certificate.
