Flow throttling

Globe Valve

A gate or a standard ball valve only does fully open or fully shut; a globe valve holds anything in between. The disc moves perpendicular to the seat, so steam, high-temperature and high-pressure lines gain stable throttling and a tighter seat than either alternative gives.

Valves are designed to ASME, ANSI, DIN, BS, API, GB and JIS standards, matched to the standard specified in your project.

A check valve. It closes on reverse flow without any external signal or power supply, and is installed downstream of pumps to protect the pump and the process line. Potable water systems under local plumbing code may require a certified backflow preventer assembly instead of a standard check valve.
